It is with much despair and regret
that we inform you of Oz's passing. The day started off great with many visitors and stick throwing. You know how he loved that. ![]() Later we went out, when we returned, he was gone. We were told He never saw the car..and he felt no pain. We were told that he seemed to be chasing something, his mind completely somewhere else..an accident. ![]() We buried Oz in the field on top of the hill. Forever he will run with the land, guarding our home, watching over us ....free... |

During the years we spent with Oz (even if they
were few), he became a significant and constant part of our lives. He
was a source of comfort and companionship, of unconditional love and
acceptance, of fun and joy.
![]() Our goal in life is to be as good people as Oz really thought we were! |

In our time of mourning,
we respectfully request that you resist the desire to call us and talk about the tragedy. It is just too heavy a grief to bare for us both and we need some time. Because you too were Oz's friends, we thought you should know. |
