The attraction was built within a brand new house on the block... Thousands of guests visited The Haunted House at Maple Ridge Estate's. The developer even sold two new homes the following week…I still don't think they have sold the actual house that we converted into the Haunting…Any buyers looking for a new home "cheap"? It even comes with a few remaining "friendly" ghouls that we just could not get rid of at the end of the run!
